Rule Definition
AVGS: This metric (Average Size of statements) corresponds to the average number of operands and operators used by each of the component's executable statements.
It is calculated as follows:
AVGS = (N1+N2) / STMT;
where:
N1 is the number of operator occurrences,
N2 is the number of operand occurrences,
STMT is the number of executable statements in the component
