Rule Definition
VOCF: Vocabulary Frequency corresponds to the average number of times the vocabulary is used (sum of distinct operands and operators) in a component. This metric is calculated as follows:
VOCF = (N1+N2)/ (n1+n2)
where:
N1 is the number of operator occurrences,
N2 is the number of operand occurrences,
n1 is the number of distinct operators,
n2 is the number of distinct operands
